Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Requests must be made within 7 days of placing the order. Orders already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

  • Mismatch in Product: If the product differs from what was shown, complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
